• Donor Terms
Individuals who donate medications to PharmaCycle must adhere to the following guidelines:
• Unexpired Medications: Only medications that are unexpired at the time of donation are accepted.
• Safe & Unopened: Medications must be in their original, unopened packaging.
• Legal Compliance: All donations must comply with federal and state regulations regarding medication redistribution.
PharmaCycle reserves the right to reject any donation that does not meet these criteria.

• Recipient Terms
If approved for PharmaCycle’s services, you agree to the following:
• No Resale: You may not resell or distribute the medications received through PharmaCycle.
• Payment for Shipping and Handling: You agree to pay the specified amount for shipping and handling fees.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your medical condition, prescription, and shipping address.
• Liability Waiver: By using PharmaCycle’s services, you acknowledge that PharmaCycle does not manufacture, sell, or endorse any medications. You release PharmaCycle from any liability related to the use of medications received through our service.

• Shipping and Delivery
